Acceptance and Commitment Terapi (ACT)

Jag jobbar även en del med Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) som inom kbt ibland benämns som den tredje vågen. Till skillnad från kbt som är inriktad på förändring fokuseras det inom ACT mycket på acceptans med mindfulness som en viktig ingrediens.

I also work with Acceptance and Commitment therapy that is sometimes called “the third wave”. While CBT is more focused on making changes, ACT more focuses on acceptance. You also learn how to practice mindfulness.
